In supercession of Notification of even No. dt. 13.12.2013, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to constitute the State Steering Committee and the State Executive Committee on Rsjif Gandhi Panchayat Sashaktikaran  Abhiyan (RGPSA) as per para 4.6.9 of the Scheme guidelines and as decision made in the Meeting held on 28.10.2013 which shall consist of the following numbers:-  STATE STEERING COMMITTEE Chairman           Minister, Local Administration Department. Secretary Secretary, Local Administration Department. Members Secretary, Finance Department.   Principal, Adviser, Planning & Programme Implementation.    Secretary, Information Communication & Technology Department.      Secretary, Social Welfare Department.   Secretary, District Council Affairs Department.   Secretary, Rural Development Department.   Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Mizoram.    Director, Local Administration Department.   Director, SIRD, Mizoram.   Representative from Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Govt. of India.   Chief Executive Member, LADC/MADC/CADC.     All DLAO Permanent Invitees. The Chairman may co-opt any other member as Special Invitee as deemed necessary.   STATE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE  Chairman Chief Secretary, Govt. of Mizoram. Secretary Secretary, Local Administration Department.
